THE SOPHIA NETWORK — PROVIDER TERMS

1. WHAT JOOLT IS HERE. On the Sophia Network, JOOLT (The JOOLT Group LLC) and
   its AI operation, Sophia, introduce parties and carry their terms between
   them. JOOLT is a broker to the introduction, not a party to the
   transaction. The service, product or opportunity you list is yours; the
   work, the delivery and the outcome are between you and the other side.

2. LAWFUL ACTIVITY ONLY. You will not list, offer, sell, solicit or perform
   anything unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or misleading, anything that
   infringes another party's rights, or anything that violates any law where
   you or the other side are. Everything in JOOLT's Acceptable Use Policy
   applies to what you put on the network and to how you use Sophia.

3. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR TRANSACTIONS. You take full responsibility for
   what you list, for every representation in it, for the licenses,
   insurance, permits and qualifications the work requires, for the work
   itself, and for every obligation to the other party, to tax authorities
   and to regulators. If a listing or a transaction of yours is unlawful or
   causes harm, that responsibility is yours alone.

4. JOOLT IS NOT LIABLE FOR THE TRANSACTION. To the fullest extent permitted by
   law, you agree not to hold JOOLT, its members, officers, employees,
   suppliers or its AI operation liable for any transaction, work, product,
   payment dispute, loss or harm arising between you and another party on
   the network. JOOLT does not guarantee a match, a deal, a payment or an
   outcome. Where JOOLT collects a payment as merchant of record, the
   Purchase and Refund Terms shown at checkout govern that payment.

5. INDEMNITY. You will defend and indemnify JOOLT against claims, losses and
   costs (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from your listing, your
   conduct on the network, your transactions, or your breach of these terms.

6. VERIFICATION AND REMOVAL. Your card is shown only while your door is
   verified. JOOLT may hold, remove or refuse any listing, and suspend any
   provider, at any time and without notice, including on a report of
   unlawful or harmful activity. Verification is a check of what you
   submitted, not an endorsement or a guarantee of you or your work.

7. NO CONTACT DETAILS ON A CARD. A listing carries no phone number, email or
   address; Sophia shares them only when you approve a match. You will not
   use the network to harvest contact details or to send unsolicited
   messages.

8. WHAT WE RECORD. When you accept these terms, JOOLT records the date and
   time, your seat, your IP address and browser, and a cryptographic digest
   of this exact text. That record is retained as proof of what you agreed.

These terms sit alongside JOOLT's Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy,
Privacy Policy and Limitation of Liability, which continue to apply.
