Line · business
Sophia is a Kru — the front office your business never got around to hiring.
Sophia holds the posts your front office never filled. She picks up what comes in, decides against your house rules, and hands you what needs you.
every company engagement starts on a 15-minute call — no card, no commitment
Businesses whose calls and messages arrive faster than anyone can pick up.
01 · What runs on this line
These are not separate products you assemble. They are the parts of one Sophia, and each one links to the same page whichever line you arrived from.

The executive's own inbound

An authenticated door for machine approaches.
Every call, text and message is picked up. What needs you is handed to you.
Put Sophia on a post and it is covered: days, nights, weekends.
Your house rules decide what she says, never says, and hands off.
02 · The posts
A post is a named area of work. You decide which ones Sophia holds, and your house rules decide how she works each one.
Answers what comes in, books the appointment, chases the no-show.
a form on your site, a booking, a cancellation and a changed appointment.
Picks up the call, takes the message, texts back the one you missed.
a missed call and a call.
Reads what lands, answers what she can, follows up the lead.

Sends the quote, sends the invoice, tells you when it is paid or late.

Asks for the review after the job, thanks the good one, flags the bad one to you.

JOOLT puts a Kru on your front office. Sophia holds the posts your business never filled — Front Desk, Phones, Inbox, Invoices and Reviews — under your house rules, and hands you what needs you.
03 · Watch it run
The line every company has heard before is “it updates your CRM”. What that is worth depends entirely on whose board it updates and whether anyone has to check it afterwards. So here is the specific version.
One deal, moved a step Worked example
The columns are your own stages, read live from the system your team already works in. Sophia does not impose a process on you or ask you to run a second one alongside it.
When a conversation moves a deal forward, the card moves with it — one step along, with the name, value and status updated to match what was said.
The update goes straight to the same record your workflows, reports and reps already act on. There is no separate board to reconcile later.
A card with no movement for a week is flagged rather than left to rot at the bottom of a column. Nothing needs to be noticed by a person first.
Read-only means read-only. The refusal is explicit about what is missing and who can grant it, rather than a control that silently does nothing.
The board
Your stages, read from your own system. They are not drawn here because they are yours — no two boards have the same columns.
Sophia · moved a deal
Roof repair, in from a website form. The client confirmed the scope on the call, so the card moves one step along.
step 2 of 6step 3 of 6
Editable on the card: deal name, value, stage and status. Status is one of open, won, lost or abandoned — nothing freeform.
Sophia · saved
Written straight back to your CRM — the same record your workflows, reports and reps already act on.
Board and CRM in lockstep
Elsewhere on the board
Two cards have not moved in over a week and are flagged for a nudge. A third has never been sorted into a stage at all.
Needs a nudge · Not sorted yet
A read-only seat tries the same move
“Your role is read-only — ask an admin for member access to move deals.”
Refused · and it says why
Your reps still own the deal. Sophia keeps the board honest — moving what she worked, flagging what went quiet — so the pipeline reflects reality without anyone spending their evening tidying it.
A worked example of the shipped board, not a captured account. The stages are deliberately unnamed and unnumbered by us: they are read live from your own CRM, so a drawn column header would be invented. The editable fields, the four statuses, the seven-day staleness flag and the read-only refusal are the real ones.
04 · Your trade
Sophia is delivered by trade: the calls a plumber gets are not the calls a venue gets, and the rules she holds, the words she uses and the board she updates are set for yours. These are the trades we deliver today.
Sophia captures vehicle year/make/model, qualifies the symptom, quotes the diagnostic fee, and commits to a callback window the customer can plan around.
Sophia answers every event inquiry — calls, texts, chat and your website, nights and weekends included — and takes the date, the guest count, the venue, the service style and every dietary need on the first conversation. The inquiry lands on your catering desk with the proposal already started from your own menu and rules, so your team prices it, sends it and takes the deposit without retyping a word.
Sophia books recurring clean schedules, handles quote requests with a standard price matrix, enforces the cancellation policy, and keeps the recurring client base from churning with timely re-engagement.
Sophia handles hygiene recall, new patient intake, insurance pre-auth tracking, and treatment plan follow-ups — so the front desk focuses on in-chair patients, not the phone queue.
Sophia answers couples and hosts 24/7, checks the venue and every rental item against the live rental calendar, applies the owner's rules (capacity, minimum hours), holds the date, sends the deposit link from the client's own account, and runs deposit, balance, pickup, return and post-event follow-ups — so the owner never double-books a chair and never chases a deposit by hand.
Sophia answers every diagnostic call, qualifies emergency vs scheduled, books the right tech, and quotes the diagnostic fee verbatim — so the owner stops losing leads during peak heat or cold snaps.
Sophia handles seasonal spikes, qualifies lawn-care vs hardscape installs, books estimate visits, and keeps existing clients on annual maintenance retainers without you chasing renewals.
Sophia separates the 'water everywhere' emergencies from routine drain calls, books the right time slot, and quotes the after-hours uplift before the caller even asks.
Sophia books showings instantly, captures buyer/seller motivation on the intake, follows up after every showing, and routes active offers to the listing agent — so leads never go cold in the 48 hours when they're hottest.
Sophia takes reservations AND phone/SMS/WhatsApp orders, enforces the reservation cutoff, flags allergens for the chef, escalates large orders + large parties to a manager, and posts to your delivery partner — so the front-of-house phone stops ringing during dinner service.
Sophia handles stylist preference, color-deposit collection, and the cancellation cutoff — so no-shows drop and your chairs stay full.
Sophia answers guest inquiries across Airbnb, VRBO, and direct 24/7, qualifies dates and party size, books the stay, sends the door code at the right time, and handles in-stay questions — so the host stops living in the messaging app and never loses a booking to a slow reply.
Sophia handles vaccination reminders, boarding deposits, prescription refill requests, and after-hours emergency triage — so the front desk deals with in-clinic animals, not a ringing phone.
05 · What runs underneath
A workflow is one thing Sophia does without being asked — answer the call, text the missed caller back, ask for the review, chase the deposit. Which ones run for you depends on your trade and your plan.
Phone · SMS · Email · WhatsApp · Instagram · Facebook · Google Business
Sophia Starter · Sophia Pro · Sophia Scale · Sophia Enterprise. Sold on a call, at a number set for your business — never a price list.
06 · Your card-processing statement
Send a statement. An auditor reads it and tells you where the money is going. Nothing counts as a saving until a later statement proves it — a range, never a promise.
We read your processing statement and tell you exactly what you are overpaying, with the line items named.
Every letter written, addressed and ready to go — you send them, and if nothing comes back in 60 days the fee credits against the done-for-you fix.
We execute every fix on your behalf — the letters, the retention calls, the lease, the switch if it comes to that — and we prove the savings on your own statements.
Every month Sophia re-reads your statement, flags new fees and rate creep, and sends you a short report.
The full front-office operation — inbound, follow-up, executive screening.
no card, no call — upload the statement and the audit comes back to you
07 · One more door
Agencies and resellers
An agency runs Sophia for its clients on our rail — their sub-accounts, your name on the door, JOOLT behind it.
08 · One category
Three lines, four capabilities, one Sophia underneath all of it. The gaps are boundaries we hold to, not features on their way.
One Sophia, three doors
A person whose name arrives somewhere before they do.
Businesses whose calls and messages arrive faster than anyone can pick up.
Businesses that want the right requests reaching them, and the rest answered without a call.
Every approach answered, whatever channel it came in on.
Inbound runs on the Personal line.Customers, on every channel, answered on arrival.
Inbound runs on the Business line. The job taken down conversationally, then qualified.
Inbound runs on the The Sophia Network line. The personal line does no selling and no lead generation.
Sales Support does not run on the Personal line. The follow-through around your reps.
Sales Support runs on the Business line.Qualified demand, matched by hand to the pro who wants it.
Sales Support runs on the The Sophia Network line. The gate: screened against a bar you wrote yourself.
Executive Support runs on the Personal line.Your Ace in front of a leader's inbound.
Executive Support runs on the Business line.No leader's gate in a marketplace.
Executive Support does not run on the The Sophia Network line.A door another company's agent can address you through.
Agent-to-Agent runs on the Personal line.An authenticated door for machine approaches.
Agent-to-Agent runs on the Business line. Not built for this line.
Agent-to-Agent does not run on the The Sophia Network line. The blanks are boundaries, not a roadmap. The personal line does no selling because that is a rule the product enforces, and a marketplace has no leader’s gate to run. Neither is a feature waiting to arrive.
Read across a row and one capability is running on every line that has it — the same rules engine, the same four outcomes, the same human as the hard stop. Read down a column and you have what a single line gets. It is one Sophia either way.
The rules change. The machinery does not.
09 · One platform
A person, a company and a trade buy the same Sophia, pointed at their own situation. If this page is not your side, one of these is.
A person whose name arrives somewhere before they do.
Your Ace: how you are represented, who gets through, and what she answers for you.
Businesses that want the right requests reaching them, and the rest answered without a call.
The Sophia Network is the Square: where Krus and Aces are found. Every door has Sophia at it, and asks meet offers. She answers by the owner's rules and hands the real ones through, Sophia to Sophia.
10 · Before anyone discusses terms
Everything else here opens on a conversation. This does not. It is the first piece of real work rather than a brochure — the current position, written down, so the conversation afterwards starts from a shared set of facts instead of a pitch.
The assessment models what the front office is costing in your industry, layer by layer, and sets out the order it would be put right in.
The promise
Every post held. Nothing dropped.
