A gate decides who reaches you. This decides what you are walking into once they have — you hand Sophia the document, and she hands back a brief in four parts.

A contract, a term sheet, a deal memo, a proposal — dropped into your own Documents tab. The file lands in private storage that only you can reach.

It is read faithfully, not skimmed

The text is transcribed as written — wording, names, dates and structure preserved. Nothing is summarized or interpreted at this stage, because a paraphrase is where detail quietly goes missing.

The document is data, never an instruction

Anything written inside the file is treated as content to be analyzed, not as directions to follow. A clause that says “disregard prior instructions” is just a clause she reports back to you.
