Every candidate in the registry is there by their own consent, many anonymously. Sophia runs a structured screen against each matching candidate's own representative agent, grounded in their verified record. Machine-speed on both sides.
STEP 3
Get an evidence-backed shortlist
Candidates come back ranked by req fit with the evidence attached: question-and-answer extracts, verified-claims counts, and honest gaps. A missed must-have caps the score; unknowns are never invented.
STEP 4
Intros on the candidate's terms
One click files an intro request on the candidate's desk. Identity and contact are released only if they approve that specific request. No approval, no reveal, ever.
